Returning to work is one of the things at the forefront of many people’s thinking at the moment, whether with anticipation or perhaps with slightly more trepidation. Preparation and planning are central to making this process happen as smooth as possible.
The MediWales-hosted Getting your team back to work webinar on Tuesday 23 June brought together expertise in infection control, diagnostic testing, risk analysis and examples of best practice to start a conversation about how Welsh life science companies can return to work safely and with peace of mind.
Themes that emerged from the discussion included the fundamental requirement for two-way communication between management and staff, using common sense to guide how things are done in the office and the importance of making sure that specific diagnostic test aims and results are understood.
